Cinn-fully Good Mini Cinnis

Here's a recipe you will want to add to your "Quick and Easy" files....Cinn-fully Good Mini Cinnis. They are the cutest little miniature cinnamon rolls you've ever seen, but more importantly, they taste fantastic! Only 6 ingredients and you can have these little cuties on your breakfast or brunch table in a flash.
Here's what you need: crescent rolls, cinnamon, sugar, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla.
Start by cracking open the crescent roll and separating the dough out into 4 rectangles. Pinch the seams together to hold the rectangles' shapes.
Combine cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.
Sprinkle the cinnamon/sugar mixture over the tops of the rectangles.
Starting on the long side of the rectangle, roll each rectangle into a log.
Cut 1 inch segments into each log, making 5-6 sections in each.
Place the mini cinnamon rolls in a round pan lightly sprayed with cooking oil.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes, or until golden.
In the meantime, combine powdered sugar, milk and vanilla in small bowl.
Once the Mini Cinnis are out of the oven, drizzle the icing over the top.
Mini Cinnis ~ Mini Cinnamon Rolls

1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent rolls
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Unroll crescent roll dough into 4 rectangles, pinching seams together to seal. Stir together sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle evenly over the crescent dough rectangles. Roll up, like a jelly roll, starting on the long side pressing edges to seal. Slice each log into 5-6 pieces, about every inch. Place in a lightly greased 8 inch round cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes. Stir together the powdered sugar, milk and vanilla and drizzle over the warm cinnamon rolls.

We love cinnamon rolls in this family, but I rarely have the time to make them from scratch. These Cinn-fully Good Mini Cinnis have saved the day many a morning. I almost always have the ingredients on hand and can quickly make up a batch of these little gems. They put a smile on my sweeties' faces every time.  What's your family's favorite breakfast treat?
