Candy Corn Striped Cupcakes
Simply use your favorite yellow cake recipe (any box mix will do), make up the batter as usual and place about 2 cups of the batter in a separate bowl. Color the smaller quantity of batter yellow and the larger amount orange.
After lining your cupcake pan with paper liners, pour about 1 Tbsp. of yellow batter in the bottom of each of the lined cups. (I only get about 21 cupcakes out of a boxed mix) Then, divide the orange batter evenly among all of the cups.
Bake as directed and frost with any white vanilla frosting. (Again, I used prepared, canned frosting. If you are feeling ambitious, feel free to make your own.)
