Hi Friends! So glad you came over for a visit! I am actually doing a guest post over at My Sweet Mission today. Have you been to Heather's corner of the blogosphere? She posts some of the most amazing recipes, both sweet and savory. I still have dreams about the Coconut Cream Pie she posted over a year ago. Anyway, I hope you'll stop by to see what I'm sharing with her readers and to say hi. I just know you'll love her as much as I do. I asked her to share a bit about My Sweet Mission. Take it away, Heather!Hello, I'm Heather and I blog over at My Sweet Mission. Recently I asked some of my favorite blogging friends to do a guest post and was honored that Nici said "Yes"! I've been following Nici on Posed Perfection for about a year now, and love her delicious recipes and beautiful crafts. Also, she is the sweetest lady and I love the encouraging words she shares each week on "Food for the Soul".
Here's a little about my blog. I named My Sweet Mission from two of my passions in life; baking and missions. Baking: My love for food, especially baking, goes back to when I was a young girl. I'm always asked to bring the dessert and everyone loves my goodies. I'm also the baker at our church's restaurant, called Baxter's. Missions: I've always loved missions and took my first mission trip in 1998, where my daughter, Chelsea and I went to Eastern Europe with a church team. My husband and I also served as the mission directors for a year at Metro City Church. On My Sweet Mission I create and share delicious recipes, baking & cooking tips, food gift ideas, along with information on missions and ministries that my husband and I are involved with throughout the year. You can read about me and my family here.
Here's a little taste of one of my top recipes:Crunchy Panko Crusted Cod ~ Simple steps for tender flaky fish with a crunchy crust, that's oh so good!
Thanks Nici for being my guest on My Sweet Mission & thank you to all your wonderful readers for stopping by and checking out the awesome recipes you shared today!
